To remove the Tiahrt Amendment which sevrely limits the ATF's ability to enforce current gun laws

The main reason we continue to need new gun laws is because the old laws are not properly enforced. This has to do with the Tiahrt Amendment, which was added to a spending bill and admittedly co-authored by the NRA. This amendment almost completely prohibits the ATF from performing it's duties. We ask that it be removed from the associated bill and the ATF's juristictional abilities be completely reinstated.
