Tom Wheeler does not represent the best interests of the citizens of the United States with his proposal which he misrepresents as "net neutrality". Reading the public comments posted in response to this will provide ample supporting evidence. Mr. Wheeler seeks to enrich the internet service providers at the expense of the U.S. taxpayers. This behavior is unconscionable.
