Recently appointed FCC chairman Tom Wheeler has publicly announced that he intends to violate the FCC's own Open Internet Order and the general principles of net neutrality by endorsing prioritized internet access. As a former lobbyist for the cable industry, Wheeler is taking positions that are harmful to a free and open internet, to consumers, and to the Constitutional protection of free speech.
