Remove Transportation Security Administration's(TSA) Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response(VIPR) from all US States

Created by N.M. on November 15, 2011

Unhappy with airport security? The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has begun it's new VIPR program (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response). VIPR teams are tasked with the responsibility of screening commuters at highway checkpoints, bus stations, rail stations, and other areas that have yet to be revealed. These checkpoints and screenings are said to be random and anyone could be a target. Tennessee is the first state to allow TSA to begin the program. The program budget consists of $109 million dollars paid for by US Taxpayers. In the presence of an economic crisis President Obama is allowing an increase in spending on Homeland Security that is not likely to make our nation any safer. This program must stop and so must our nations fear of neighbors and friends.
