In 1954, the United States Government added "under god" to the pledge of allegiance, discriminating against many Americans, going against the constitution of the United States of America by discrimination and mixing religion (partially) with the American government. This is exactly what our founding fathers wanted to avoid. The pledge of allegiance should return to it's original format before 1954.
