The first amendment calls for complete separation of church and state, and Article 11 of the Treaty of Tripoli says "...the government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
Since this is indisputably the case, the United States government should stop promoting Christianity on everything. These phrases were not in the original drafts, but were added in the middle of the twentieth century during religious revival. The government should return to the original drafts, thereby preferring no religion.
