To the extent that maintaining three credit bureaus provides an undue burden to the people, and that identity protection and services thereof are in fact sold at a premium to counter the undue burden, and then therein required - in order to combat what was originally a regulatory issue - that this is not acceptable to the People of the United States, and that post-wit any competitive trade or market based competition indicated by the three agencies is past and of an older era - that this trend should be removed before it becomes more damaging to the public, as the Industry has been established, has concluded any competition it might have had, and is being supplemented now by Further agonisms against the People in the form of identity theft protection services and software.
