Please issue an executive order to remove unfair restrictions on immigration and citizenship. The 14th amendment justifies this order. Please work with Congress to make these changes permanent.
The annual limit of immigrants by nation of origin or residence is ethnic discrimination and is inconsistent with the 14th amendment (as interpreted by the courts). These limits must be eliminated. This applies to all types of visas.
The total number of visas in each category must be eliminated. Natural born citizens are not producing enough children to maintain our population. This country needs immigrants to maintain our population and to maintain our workforce.
This change does not affect restrictions on individual immigrants, such as health, criminal record, or financial means
