The current lottery system for immigration visa applications is an unfair process for those who are waiting to come to the U.S., the land of opportunity.
We implore the president to remove the current unfair lottery process and instate a first-come, first-serve process including a review of current procedures to streamline the immigration process. This is the most intelligent and possible way to fix our current illegal immigration problem. Also, allow current illegal immigrants to apply for a temporary visa while going through the process but put them at the back of the line and reward those who abide by U.S. immigration laws by putting them in the order they applied for immigration status.
