Amendment V to the Constitution of the United States of America states that, "...nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." Liberty. We have the LIBERTY to choose school lunches. Forcing healthy school lunches upon us is not at all constitutional. We as students do NOT get enough Calories. We get a third of our recommended daily value of Calories (2,000). Some kids need more Calories per day and they're not getting enough out of their school lunches, while some need less and they're getting TOO MANY Calories. We need to repeal the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act.
