Remove vehicle window tint law

Created by G.C. on March 11, 2015

Window tint laws should not exist because tint helps block the sun while driving, the vehicle does not get as hot while parked, and in some states your vehicle is considered an extension of your home so you should still be able to keep your privacy in your vehicle as you can your home. There are really no downsides to tint, if a police officer had a reason to search your vehicle, window tint would not stop the officer. If people had intentions for doing bad and breaking the law in their vehicle they would most likely not care about breaking the window tint law. So people should have the right to window tint even though most people have dark tint regardless of the law so cops can focus on people doing wrong instead of worrying about window tint
