Electronic Voting machines should be removed from the election process removing all outside influence on elections, and ensuring they are done in a fair and legal way. Paper Ballots should be required to be used in all elections moving forward to eliminate the voter fraud that has continued to occur during each election.
Paper Ballots ensure a fair and legal election, by ensuring there is a paper trail to check against. Paper ballets should be mandated as the only approved media by congress, and be mandated as the required media for all elections from this point on.
A voter database that includes photo's of the voter that can be accessed during elections should be monitored by bi-partisan congressional members to prevent multiple registrations of voters, and purged of dead voters.
