Remove "the Worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial" provision from S.1867, Nat. Defense Auth. act

Created by W.R. on November 30, 2011

The Worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial provsion inserted into S.1867 the National Defense Authorization Act by senators Carl Levin and John McCain is not only unconstitutional but very dangerous for our democracy. The Supreme court by recently declaring corprorations to be people and money to be free speech has shown a disturbing lack of regard for the American people and cannot be trusted to overturn this dangerous legislation. The worldwide detention without trial means here in the USA, it means you could be arrested for no reason and kept indefinately. This provision borders on treason and must be removed immediatly.
