I petition that we, as a nation, stop observing Daylight Savings Time. We should choose one time and stay with it year round. With the progress we've made in technology it is making less sense every year to continue with the changes.
It also causes stress every year when the change happens. When the change is made in the spring it affects the school children in all the states that still use DST.
