If the applicant is inadmissible because they have been unlawfully present in the United States for more than 180 days (3-year bar) or one year (10-year bar), Also any previous immigration violations is 10 year permanent bar.

This law is a harsh and unnecessary, especially if you have been authorized to voluntarily depart the United States and return with the proper paper work. The waiver process is very unlikely to obtain if do not prove EXTREME HARDSHIP, (extreme hardship is very hard to prove with in the federal immigration). We need to bring family unity back.Please sign this petition today to help bring families back together a country away!!!
