Andrew James (AJ) Kirk, age 30, of New Castle, DE, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. We the undersigned want to celebrate the life of AJ by renaming the USS Ronald Reagan after him. AJ was a world renowned professional Yo-Yoer, Juggler, and face balancer. Reagan never balanced a ladder on his face!
