Whereas, the people of Detroit live in crime ridden neighborhoods and fear for their lives, daily;
Whereas, the streets of Detroit are littered with refuse and roamed by wild animals,
Whereas, the name "Detroit" has become a contemptible word;
Whereas, Wesley Snipes is in need of a tax-free employment that can sustain his lifestyle;
Whereas, Wesley Snipes public image is in need of rehabilitation;
Whereas, it is the unwritten policy of the Obama administration to disregard custom and law and insert its self into matters high and low, regardless of the desires of the parties affected.
Be it resolved that The People of These United States call upon this administration to rename Detroit "New Broke City" , Appoint Wesley Snipes as their Czar and name Stockton, CA as their sister city.
