The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) operates schools overseas and in the United States for the dependents of military personnel through its DoDDS and DDESS branches.
The Government recognizes the heroism, dedication, and sacrifice of Sandy Hook Elementary School teacher Victoria Soto by renaming a school in the DoDEA system in her honor.
