This petition asks Congress and/or the President of the United States to act upon the fact that the J. Edgar Hoover Building in Washington, D.C., is named after a rogue agent that did damage to the United States during the creation of the Civil Rights Act. There are many heroic and moral FBI professional that deserve their name on that facility.
