Obviously the supreme court is no longer the supreme court as the FISA court is privy to information that is not available to the supreme court and rules on cases that the supreme court is not allowed to rule on. This petition aims to change the name of the FISA court to the "supreme" court, and the old "supreme" court to "not the supreme" court so as to align with reality.
