This petition calls for the newly discovered 'rogue planet' CFBDSIR2149 to be renamed to honor NASA senior scientist David Morrison for his tireless work to enlighten and inform the people of the world about the wonders of astrobiology, and most importantly for his efforts to persistently and heroically debunk the pernicious myths and mendacity about impending apocalypse due to such untethered planetary objects.
