Please immediately designate the term, "Bald" Eagle culturally insensitive, and promptly remove all references from government buildings, publications and proclamations. The follicly challenged eagle is a majestic symbol of our national strength and might, and we as a nation should never rub its beak in its one tiny shortcoming. National symbols have feelings too. Just because they soar through the sky doesn't mean they aren't a little sensitive about this. If we as a nation begin to moderate our insensitive language towards our follicly challenged flying buddies, maybe, just maybe, the millions of follicly-challenged citizens of this great nation will also finally feel free to (symbolically) soar above the clouds.
