We all love Sunny Obama, the newest family member of the POTUS. Sunny is a good name, but there is a name that is a better fit given the recent revelations about the NSA.
With all due respect to the original Snoopy, we believe that changing Sunny's name to Snoopy will describe the administration in a better way.

The POTUS could also give the dog a copy of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights to relieve herself on. After all, that is what the POTUS and Congress are already doing to our most cherished rights!
