rename the State of Arkansas to Arkensaw

I hereby request to rename the State of Arkansas to Arkensaw. The reason is obvious. The American public pronounces this state already as Arkensaw, but the way it is spelt faces two problems: First, the State is often pronounced as "R-Kansas", and second, tourists often get confused by the spelling and find themselves in Arkansas, while they instead wanted to travel to Kansas. Especially international tourists really get confused. By the fact, that many people hit the wrong road or board on the wrong plane, a lot of CO2 is unnecessarily generated. And this confusion also affects the tourist industry of both States, Arkansas and Kansas, with the final consequence, that jobs get lost...
