In recognition of the 50th anniversary of the popular BBC television show, Doctor Who, we petition the Obama Administration to rename the State of Maine to TARDIS. This will boost the local economy by supplementing the seasonal tourism already on place, strengthen our historical bond with Great Britain, as well as promote science, space, and technological innovation.
