The Petitioners humbly request that the President and Congress change the name of the state of Texas to "William," name of the state of Louisiana to "Tecumsah," name of the state of Mississippi to "Sherman," name of the state of Alabama to "Kicked," and name of the state of Georgia to "Yourbutt." Moreover, the petitioners further request that the capitols of all these states all be required to incorporate the word "crybaby" as an element of their official names.
