Odds are you're checking this petition on your phone stuck in the one lane of traffic allowed through the one lane bottleneck connecting the two halves of Los Angeles. The city of LA has proven times beyond counting that they do not care about this issue. I am asking for federal support, not to alleviate the congestion, but to more accurately change it's nomenclature so that our children, and our children's children will know not to tread anywhere near there.
