rename "Washington Dulles International Airport" the "David McGuire Memorial Airport." Or the People Movers.

Created by B.L. on July 24, 2013

There has been no stronger advocate for the Washington Dulles International Airport, or its innovative and life-enriching People Mover System, than David McGuire.

Mr. McGuire's life has been dedicated to alerting the public* about the current status of Dulles Airport, the aforementioned People Mover System, and the well-laid out and time-valuing TSA security system.

Though he is still living, suffers from no terminal illness, and fits no criteria for a memorial naming honor whatsoever, the Obama administration should see fit to rename the airport in Mr. McGuire's honor. If not the airport, then certainly the aforementioned People Mover system. If not that, then the women's bathroom by gate D15.
