We have always found that the Supreme Court, being composed of nine individuals, is the perfect institution to have a baseball team. We therefore request that the Washington Nationals be renamed the Washington Justices and each player wear the name of a Supreme Court justice on the back of their jerseys. The names of the justices would correspond to the following positions:
P- Breyer
C- Scalia
1B-Kennedy
2B-Ginsburg
SS-Roberts
3B-Kagan
LF-Alito
CF-Thomas
RF-Sotomayor
