Render any federal incumbent ineligible for re-election when the national debt/deficit exceed 2.5% of the GDP.

Created by B.M. on January 14, 2013

When the average citizen makes a bad budget decision, he/she pays for it. The U.S. federal government seems immune from this social 'law'. Make federal officers accountable for their actions. Render ALL federal office-holders ineligible for re-election whenever the U.S. debt or deficit exceed 2.5% of the Gross Domestic Product for more than 50% of their term of office.
