renegotiate Medicare Part D percentage rates of payments to Pharmaceuticals to the much lower % other insurance pays!

We need to renegotiate the amount of payments the US Government has to pay for Pharmaceuticals. We need to renegotiate the almost full 100% payment that Medicare Part D is contracted to pay. Other Insurance plans pay about half of that amount and this is costing the American people an enormous amount. This would be by far the most important change we could make to save entitlements for all of our citizens.
