There's no longer a reason for an embargo against Cuba that only impacts the Cuban people. We've reopened dialogue with former enemies including Vet Nam, Lybia, Iraq; yet continue to ignore our close neighbor to the South. The best route to democracy in Cuba is through open relaions and direct dialogue.
