There are too many wrecks that happen in this country. In order to help bring down the astonishing statistics of vehicle accidents I have an idea in order to help get drivers that are incapable of driving safe off of the roads.
On the date that a driver's licence is to be renewed they should be required to take a driver's test and pass in order to get it renewed.
Not only will this help to make the roads safer, but it will create jobs at DMV's in order to get people involved in the testing process
