In December 2013 Congress allowed the extended unemployment benefits to expire. Since that time more than 2 million LTU have lost a vital lifeline. Each week it is estimated that another 72,000 LTU lose these benefits. We are calling on the President to take action and be a voice for the LTU in their pursuit of having the vital benefits restored.
