The Fifth Amendment says that no person shall be deprived of life without due process of law, but President Obama claims the authority to target a person (even a U.S. citizen) for execution without any trial. It must be the policy of the United States to arrest suspected terrorists and try them for their alleged offenses, not to murder them in the dead of night because some unknown bureaucrat has declared them a threat on the basis of classified evidence.
