If George Zimmerman has a civil rights case opened after he was found not guilty, I petition that all cases where a member of one racial group commits a criminal act against a member of another race have a civil rights case opened. This should happen regardless of the innocence of the defendant. If an FBI report states there wasn't racial motivation involved and still a case gets opened then open all these other cases to prove Zimmerman isn't being put on a pedestal to appease a uninformed public, the same public that called for "justice" during the Duke lacrosse rape case.
