As petioner here i write + beg you to please change the rules for insurance companies + state coverage of mental hospitals. Many youth such as myself found safety + relief back in the 60's + 70's with state mental hospitals. Todays youth are forced to have to admit to suicide before they will be admitted to any mental ward for evaluation. This is wrong. Many youth will not admit this so your forcing a child to suicidal actions. Drug users found recovery in mental wards because they could deal with their issues. Switch funds from prisons to mental hospitals
