I would like to reopen communication and interactions with Cuba. This would help speed up transportation of goods and other to and from Cuba.
The ruler of Cuba has changed since the outlaw of Cuban, American interactions. Cubans government has changed.
Re opening Cuban, American interactions would bring us one step closer to world unity. And less war threat.
