We request that U.S.Attorney General Eric Holder order the A.G. for the Central District of California to reopen his criminal investigation ( including the special Los Angeles Grand Jury ) of Lance Armstrong which was dropped on Feb. 3, 2012 for lack of evidence .Now, however , on Oct.10 , 2012 the United States Anti - Doping Agency, after its separate investigation , issued a 1000 page report of overwhelming evidence that Armstrong masterminded the longest and most sophisticated clandestine doping / cheating practice by a team in the history of world sports . This unrepentant denier / multi-millionaire has shamed our country , defrauded people ,organizations and businesses . He has sued others for libel who dared print the truth and even collected money judgements from them ! .
