Reopen the investigation of the death of Kurt Cobain.

Created by L.K. on January 18, 2014

I petition the Obama Administration to reopen the investigation into the death of Nirvana frontman, Kurt Cobain. This case was open and shut as a suicide in April, 1994, but evidence has circulated proving beyond a reasonable doubt that it was physically impossible for Kurt Cobain to have committed suicide. For example, Cobain had three times the lethal dose of heroin in his system. That level of an overdose would have incapacitated him, and killed him within seconds. He would not have been able to neatly package his paraphernalia back into a cigar box, rolled down and buttoned his sleeves, loaded a shotgun, put it in his mouth, and discharge it. He would've been dead before he could've taken the needle out of his arm. Reopen the case. There's more there than an open and close suicide.
