This petition is to restore the rights to medical and financial benefits for workers injured on the job who were mislead into thinking their injuries weren't as severe as they actually were.
It will allow workers to go back and re-open their worker's compensation claims if the worker finds out that the injuries suffered were not completely identified by omission or commission by the Doctors involved.
Due to the fact that many injuries have an affect that shows up years, decades later,the worker will be allowed to re-open their Workers' Compensation Claim, no matter how old the settlement is.
