Reorganize Big Banks under anti-trust law for violation of Sherman/Clayton Acts. Remove usurped powers from MERS.

Created by E.F. on June 16, 2013

Violations of Sherman/Clayton Acts. Big banks are nowadays financial cartels and illegal conspiracies in restraint of trade. It is violation of both, Sherman and Clayton Acts. The must be reorganized under anti-trust statutes. MERS shall be given only one authority it was designed for – perform registry of operations without any ownership or transfer rights. Registry of assignments must be returned back to Deeds Recorders’ offices, it will help Government to facilitate control and collect lawful fees on each transaction.

We petition our Government and Obama Administration to reorganize Big Banks and remove usurped powers from MERS
