reorganize congress, forcing members to abide by the same laws, rules and by-laws as the citizens who elected them.

1.Members of Congress shall serve no more than 2 terms - 1 full Senate or house term or 1 term in each institution.
2.No tenure or pension shall exist for any member of Congress.Salaries & subsidies shall end when they leave office.
3.All past, present & future members are to participate in Social Security & all their retirement funds are to be transferred there at once.
4.Members will purchase their own retirement plans.
5.Members will no longer vote themselves pay raises. Salaries will be the lower of CPI or 3%.
6.Immediately deny them any health care not available to citizens.
8.They shall pass no law that does not equally apply to themselves.
9.All contracts with past & present Congress members are null and void, unless approved by popular vote of the people
