reorganize the USPS to bring it into 21st century by offering internet cafe services 24-7.

Created by A.P. on April 26, 2012

Services should be expanded to offering computer, printing, faxing, scanning, etc. in post offices. Companies like Kinko, internet cafes are making money
because libraries are closed after hours when people
need them and their computer services are not complete. Instead of cutting back on mail delivery
and laying off mail carriers, they could be trained to work
as attendants in the internet cafe. In smaller post offices,
industrial style computer equiptment could be installed
and payment by money machines or credit card to eliminate the need for attendants.
