At the present time people living in this country, mostly illegally that do not pay taxes can receive refunds for their children. This is a problem to our economy especially since the people that do pay taxes have to make up for those that do not. Taxes go to fill budget needs, schools, public services so the people that pay taxes have to pay more. Why therefore should we pay even more so they get refunds too.
