Create jobs and fix our roads & bridges through a program similar to the Works Project Administration of the 1930s. Our national infrastructures are crumbling due to age; they were designed to last 30 years at the most, 40 year ago, and skilled laborers are looking for work. It will stimulate the economy and be win-win in every state.
