Every American born African American with a social security number, should receive a one time stipend from the United States of America for reparations. Being that our government has passed past laws admitting nationwide discrimination against African Americans (affirmative action, racial profiling, etc...), now would be the best time to consider reparations. Discrimination in the highest ranks of our government being presidents as slave owners or the constitution depleting African American as 1/3 of human being is cause itself for one of America's greatest contributors . This petition will help over 30 million Americans and become a staple in America's reconciliation with its people.
