Not A Religion Organization on behalf of African Americans in the United States is requesting reparations and separation with the reinstatement of Special Field Order No 15. African Americans are the only group of people that have never received retribution for crimes against humanity. After WWII the Jews were given land and billions of dollars in reparations. African Americans are entitled to the same and this was recognized by Special Field Order No 15 until it was reneged by President Andrew Johnson. This should be reinstated and expounded on. 370 years of forced labor, oppression, kidnapping, brain washing, murder and crimes against humanity have left us with no choice but to separate. We request a conference to discuss the reinstatement of Special Field Order No.15. Thank you.
