Approximately four hundred years ago in America, black slaves were not given the chance to excel in society as a functional part of their own communities. Until this day, blacks have been deprived of jobs not being able to network to build corporations. There has been an unfair advantage due to the owning of resources. Blacks own less than a half percent of the countries wealth, so a few wealthy blacks do not represent the majority. Groups who have never been enslaved and have not build this country or reaping the benefits meant for blacks under the guise of minorities. In order to reduce the crime rate and bring this country to a competitive stand we have to take care of the blacks first, or it will be the non-black minority groups who will walk off to their country with Americas wealth.
