Dear Mr President
Please consider repatriating overseas earnings of US Corporations. I believe there is about $1.5T in cash siting in foreign bank accounts that can be brought back to the US and paid as dividends to shareholders. This would put immediate cash into the economy, tax payments into the US Treasury and further it would allow US Corp invest in the US, spurring growth/employment instead of in the foreign lands were the cash sits.
